Assembly learning grants are distributed on a 3-time rotation basis. They are distributed at the start of a course, midway through a course, and right before a course is completed. The welsh assembly grant is the best example of assembly learning grants for students. It is a grant that is offered to students who live alone without parental support. This grant is covered under the maintenance obligations of a school to its students. The welsh grant is therefore given out to see to it that students living alone don’t pay for their live-in quarters. Disabled and sickly students also receive from the welsh grant. They are given 50,000 per rotation of grants distribution for their maintenance both in their living environment and in their needed constant medical attention.
