Fall is here! Yeah. I just did my first batch of salsa. It is wonderfully full of garden tomatoes, red, yellow, and green peppers, onions, and garlic, garlic, garlic. We wanted to try to make a batch that had the rich flavor of garlic. We had recently visited Capital Reef in Utah and bought a couple of bottles of salsa. One bottle was just peppers; the other bottle was strongly garlic, so we thought we would give it a try. We ended up with 18 pint bottles, but used four bulbs of garlic; if you love garlic you would love this creative salsa version.
